Job Title: Remote Customer Care Specialist
Pay: $19.50
Location: Remote with Time Zone in Central Standard Time
Shift: 8.5 Hours scheduled between 8a-10p CST
Training: 7 Week Program

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding support to callers, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
- Inform and Assist: Offer accurate, clear, and timely information about customer benefits while assisting with any questions or issues they may have.
- Efficient Call Handling: Manage incoming phone calls quickly and efficiently, adhering to your schedule and maximizing phone time to resolve inquiries promptly.
- Maintain Records: Document each interaction thoroughly, maintaining precise and up-to-date records in our customer service software and databases.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of customer inquiries and issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry changes and best practices, constantly enhancing your knowledge and skills.
- Professional Demeanor: Maintain a friendly and professional attitude, even in challenging situations, and be receptive to feedback to implement improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Customer Service Expertise: Demonstrated ability to handle incoming phone calls and provide high-quality customer service with strong attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate information to customers.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a set schedule and juggle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, ensuring effective and timely resolutions.
- Adaptability: A commitment to continuous learning and adapting in a dynamic industry.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
- Feedback-Oriented: Open to receiving feedback and implementing changes with a positive attitude.
Additional Requirements:
- Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required (proof of diploma must be submitted).
