Bilingual Front Office Administrator

Are you looking for an excellent career move? MEMCO specializes in commercial construction placement. We are in search of a highly energized, motivated in house Bilingual Front Office Administrator. The ideal candidate must have a track record in customer service and a strong desire to succeed.
Responsibilities:
• HEAVY administrative daily duties
• Greet all walk in visitors/applicants
• Able to answer/transfer multiple phone lines
• Administer drug screens
• Perform background checks
• Orientating new hires
• Assist in time keeping/payroll for field employees
• Able to communicate day to day issues to entire branch
• Able to set up employees files into our staffing software system
• Assist with marketing, networking, quotes with sales team
Requirement:
• STRONG BILINGUAL SKILLS a must
• Able to multi-task
• Strong customer service experience
• Highly organized
• High School or GED equivalent
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Social Media use a plus
• Able to work in a very fast paced environment
Must be able to pass E-VERIFY
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass a drug screen
