We’re hiring for a Production Associate at a plastic manufacturing facility! If you’re looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic warehouse environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Mix material batches using proper procedures (lifting up to 60 lbs during certain tasks).
• Perform quality control checks to ensure viscosity, weight per gallon, and moisture levels meet standards.
• Weigh and package finished products, placing them on designated pallets.
• Prepare and gather shipping containers.
• Clean mixers, totes, and work areas to maintain a safe and organized space.
• Operate a forklift to move materials as needed.
• Work in a warehouse environment with dust, loud noises, and varying physical demands, including squatting, bending, and twisting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs at times, followed by lighter tasks.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with noise and dust.
• Strong attention to detail for quality control processes.
• Excellent attendance and reliability—this role is essential to daily operations!
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
